LeadMO Action exists as a centralized hub to identify, train, and support leaders who want to run for elected office at every level of the ballot. LeadMO Action takes a central role in training candidates that share our values to run effective campaigns and build coalitions to actualize policy change for the long term. We know that we cannot do this work ourselves, and partner closely with labor and movement organizations to support their membership and allies who are considering running for office.

We are looking for the next generation of dynamic, diverse leaders to build a progressive bench across Missouri, from Buchanan County to Cape Girardeau. In our candidate trainings, we demystify the process of running smart, strategic modern campaigns and support candidates who share our values and ideals.
